Description

Video recording in Firefox does not function as expected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a study with a video record field
2. Grant user contributor and tagging access to the study
3. Navigate to the study contribute page in Firefox
4. Notice how the empty video displays and error and playback often times does not work

Expected Result

Incomplete videos should show up as black. After a user records a video the video should be playable

Actual Result

Incomplete videos show up with an error screen. The video playback often times does not work the first time
