Summary

Expected Behavior

1- I was trying to get the sessions history by using /sessions command.
2- I had given a task to the agent, it was working on it and I was expecting it to complete it normally.

Actual Behavior

Experiencing this error, sometimes on "/sessions" command and sometimes it just occurs mid session/on-going tasks.

Steps to reproduce the issue

sometimes occurs on "/sessions" command and sometimes randomly mid-sessions/on-going tasks.
