Feature Request: Ability to create loopback with DeviceIo2 or PluginHost2

Unless I'm missing something it's currently only possible to make use of this plugin with ASIO interfaces that have decent loopback capability.

RME interfaces for example you can loopback on every channel but for most interfaces this is not possible.

I can see that you can do Input -> Output, but is there no ability to draw the audio signal from ASIO output into an OBS output?
