Bash path broken

Steps to reproduce:

1. setup a python + WebDev flask server.
2. run the main python file
3. error - Takes default windows path, chocked on '' as a bash command, gives otu

Output for Python in the Output panel (View→Output, change the drop-down the upper-right of the Output panel to Python)
