…spec-mandated *Set envelope with hierarchy children, instead of a raw unwrapped single object:
- apps/opencase/src/application/case/endpoints/GetCFConcept.ts → returns { CFConcepts: [concept, ...descendants] }, descendants found by hierarchyCode prefix matching (e.g. parent 1.01 matches children 1.01.01, 1.01.02, etc.), sorted.
- GetCFItemType.ts → same pattern, returns { CFItemTypes: [...] }.
- GetCFSubject.ts → same pattern, returns { CFSubjects: [...] }.
