Update lists.md

This PR suggests that the List episode use list methods in place of del. I believe using append, insert, pop, and remove is more in scope of beginner Python. More practice with this syntax also should reinforce using the Pandas API once learners get to the episode. In addition, there are no other statements used in this workshop and the behavior/syntax may be confusing.
