Add an agent plugin to support Spring LDAP - #824

Node.js 20 is deprecated. The following actions target Node.js 20 but are being forced to run on Node.js 24: actions/cache@v4, actions/checkout@v2, actions/setup-java@v2, actions/upload-artifact@v4. setup-java v2 is deprecated and will no longer receive updates. Please migrate to actions/setup-java@v5.
