The preselected email subjects are not consistent in English and Czech and I don't like either of them.
- "Code of Conduct" is not specific enough. Add "report" maybe?
- "Stížnost ohledně kodexu chování" is too verbose, and I don't like "stížnost" in this context. I lack better alternatives, though; I will brainstorm in person.
wrt review: I have skimmed through the code changes, and they look reasonable. However, I have not tested them. I focused on prose.

technological solution looks OK, but I don't have the data spreadsheet, so I cannot test that. (one nitpick)

Our CoC sends peoples to event organizers, who might not be the best people to handle these kind of issues.
Instead, let's reuse the Board as CoC contacts. (Perhaps not the best group, but we don't have another reasonably sized group of specific active people that's regularly kept up to date.)
If event organizers want different contacts, those get priority.
I've already added a
coc_mailcolumn to the internal member table.Later we might want a better reporting mail than
board@pyvec.org, and include the PSF CoC WG as "final arbiters", but that should be simpler content changes.Don't merge before PR:
