docs(factories): add launch documentation foundation

Summary

Adds the shared foundation required for independently reviewable Warp Factories feature docs:

• Final grouped Factories navigation with Early Access badge
• Desktop/mobile badge support
• Release-neutral Factories llms.txt set
• Minimal route placeholders for all new feature pages
• Obsolete software-factory/configuration-hub cleanup
• DIY software-factory guide distinction and migration
• Shared corrections carried from [integration check — do not merge] Factories launch docs, all pages combined #533 review: ZDR qualification, Warp Agent vs Automation Platform wording, search taxonomy, and scoped Oz linting

This PR intentionally contains no final feature-page prose. After it lands, every existing feature PR can be rebuilt from the new base with one or two owned files and independent green CI.

Validation

• npm run typecheck: 0 errors
• npm run build: 377 pages
• Internal links: 3,487 checked, 0 broken
• Non-Factories sidebar content byte-preserved
• Changed-doc style lint: 0 new findings
• Python syntax and diff checks passed
